Fine jewellery featuring diamonds, pearls, colored gemstones and precious metals have its own storage specifications. Therefore, the distinct care of each must be noted. Also, regardless of their type, always note some general tips : –
Avoid wearing delicate jewellery while cooking, gymming, swimming, beach or any household chores.Â
Always put on your jewellery last when dressing. It should be done after the use of make-up, cosmetics, perfume and lotions to avoid damage to delicate items.
Be careful when removing your jewellery to wash your hands. Do not leave your jewelry on the rim of a sink where it can easily slip down the drain.
When you remove the jewellery, wipe it carefully with a soft cloth to remove any traces of these substances.

Â
The best way to clean jewellery is to use a soft toothbrush and warm mild soapy water. Pour some water into a container, apply a small amount of soap to the brush and simply start rubbing.
Alternatively, feel free to drop by our shop at any time to get your jewellery cleaned and polished at our in-house workshop.

Do not toss your cultured pearl jewellery carelessly into a purse, bag or jewel box. A pearl’s surface is soft and can be scratched by hard metal edges or by the harder gemstones of other jewellery pieces. Sweat will change the colour of the jewellery and make them look old. So, it is important that before storing, you wipe off all the sweat from the pieces and store it at concealed places.
Wrap each piece in anti-tarnish paper or an eyeglass cloth. Anti-tarnish paper will maintain the shine of the jewellery.
Put each piece of jewellery in a zip lock, to preserve the polish for a longer period of time.
Push all the air out before you close.
